ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS OFFICER

Toledo Municipal Court

The Court is now accepting applications for the position of Administrative Business Officer. This position is responsible for processing the Court's day-to-day business matters, and coordinating all budgetary, accounting and payroll activities for the court. This job requires the ability to prepare fiscal reports, maintain division budgetary records and accounts, monitor revenue and expenditure budgets, and perform other related duties as required. Knowledge of accounting and fiscal operations and procedures required. Knowledge of budget preparation, monitoring and administration required. This position also includes limited executive administrative functions.

Bachelors degree is required, preferably in business, public administration, or a related field. Three years substantive work experience in budgeting, fiscal administration, or accounting is required. A master's degree may be substituted for one year of experience. Experience in corporate or government accounting preferred, but not required. Potential candidates must pass a background check. Starting salary is $47,037.12.
