Notice Content: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 2, 2007 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive, Trotwood, Ohio, the Trotwood City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the following request for rezoning, a brief summary of which is as follows: "Trotwood Planning Commission Case No. 07-02, Application made by Ethan Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church, Pastor King, 4519 Oakridge Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45417, request for approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Parcel I.D. No. H33-00608-0052 located on Shiloh Springs Road (west of the southwest corner of Shiloh Springs and Union Roads), to construct a 12,000 sq. ft. church facility and accessory off-street parking area (Phase I) on a 30-acre parcel.
