Case No. ZC-01-07 was initiated by The Harrison Township Board of Trustees, 5945 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414, at their February 5, 2007 Board of Trustees Meeting. The Board of Trustees is requesting a rezoning of 153 parcels from \"I-1\" Light Industrial District to \"R-4\" Single Family Residential in the Ome Gardens Plat.
The application and related materials are available at the Harrison Township Government Center, 5945 North Dixie Drive for public inspection from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
