In Common Pleas Court, Lucas County, Ohio, Probate Division Case No. 2009EST00435
In the matter of the Estate of Mary Scheirer, Deceased.
To all Unknow Heirs at law and next of Kin of Mary Scheirer, Deceased. An Application has been filed asking to relieve the estate from administration, saying that the assets do not exceed the statutory limits. Also an Application for appointment of George K. Reiser as Commissioner of the Estate of Mary Scheirer. A hearing on the applications will be held June 16, 2009, at 9:30 o'clock A.M.
Persons knowing any reason why the application should not be granted should appear and inform the Court. The Court is located on the Second floor of the Lucas County Court House, Suite 200, 700 Adams St., Toledo, Ohio 43604.
