To: Marcia Cline, sister, and John Doe, brother name unknown, all whose places of residence and post office addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on May 13, 2009, Isobel T. O'Brien, attorney, filed an Application for Appointment of Guardian of Alleged Incompetent of the person of Mary Myers.
Persons named above will take notice that a hearing will be held in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, on 15th day of June, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. The Probate Court is located on the second floor at Adams & Erie Street, Toledo, Ohio.
