To THE UNKNOWN NEXT OF KIN & HEIRS OF JEANETTE BJERING, deceased
You are hereby notified that Jeanette Bjering died on October 3, 2003, and that the decedent's estate will be opened in the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio. Mary M. James, Attorney has filed a petition to open the estate and relieve the estate from administration for funds on deposit with the Ohio Division of Unclaimed Funds being assets to the decedent's Estate. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate, as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code.
A hearing for this petition has been set for the 5th day of May, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. in the Probate Court, Lucas County, Ohio.
