In the Probate Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. 2009ADV0728
In the matter of Jimmy Monroe Haynes, a person presumed deceased.
Unknown heirs, next of kin, legatees, devisees, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jimmy Monroe Haynes. You are hereby notified that Linde H. Webb, Administrator of the Estate of Billy Ray Haynes filed a complaint in the Probate Court of Lucas County, Ohio, alleging that on account of the absence of Jimmy Monroe Haynes from his last place of domicile for a period of forty-six (46) years, he is presumed to be deceased, and demanding that a proceeding be had by said Court to establish the legal presumption of the death of Jimmy Monroe Haynes and that his share of an inheritance from the Estate of Billy Ray Hayes be administered according to law.
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of June, 2009, at 9:30 a.m., said Court will hear evidence concerning the alleged absence of the said presumed decedent and the circumstance and duration thereof.
