TO THE UNKNOWN NEXT OF KIN OF JOHN W. BALDWIN, deceased
You are hereby notified that John W. Baldwin died on September 20, 2008, and that on March 4, 2009, Richard L. Porter filed an application for authority to administer decedent's estate with the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County. The Court is located on the second floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
The Court sets Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. as the date and time for hearing the application for authority to administer decedent's estate.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to administer decedent's estate under §2113.06 of the Ohio Revised Code.
