To the Unknown next-of-kin of Rudolph Harnacek, deceased
You are hereby notified that Rudolph Harnacek died on November 18, 2008, and that the decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on January 13, 2009. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given pursuant to §2107.19 and 2703.14(E) of the Ohio Revised Code, to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent under §2105.06 of the Ohio Revised Code had the decedent died intestate.
Any action to contest the validity of the Last Will and Testament must be brought within three months after the Co-Executors files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of the Last Will and Testament in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice and other notices or waivers pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §2107.19.
