TO The Unknown Heirs of Glenda Oatman, deceased, late of 5300 Oakridge Drive, Apt. 3, Toledo, OH 43623,
You are hereby notified that Glenda Oatman died on November 29, 2008. The Decedent's Last Will & Testament and the Application to Probate such Will were filed in Probate Court, Lucas County, Ohio on December 23, 2008. A Supplement Application has been filed asking to relieve the estate from administration, saying that the assets do not exceed the statutory limits. The Court sets February 26, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. as the date and time for hearing the application to relieve decedent's estate from administration. Persons knowing any reason why the application should not be granted should appear and inform the Court. The Court is located on the Second floor of the Lucas County Court House, Suite 200, 700 Adams St., Toledo, Ohio 43604.
