In the Matter of the Estate of Angeline Kowalski, Deceased
TO the daughter of Angeline Kowalski, deceased, whose name, address and whereabouts are unknown.
You are hereby notified that Angeline Kowalski died on October 29, 2008, and that the Estate was filed in Probate Court on January 21, 2009. Isobel T. O'Brien, attorney has filed an application for authority to administer decedent's estate with the Probate Court. The Court is located on the second floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
The Court sets Thursday, February 19, 2009, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. as the date and time for hearing the application for authority to administer decedent's estate.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to administer decedent's estate under §2113.06 of the Ohio Revised Code.
