In the Matter of Guardianship of Tamie Sue Hansen
Donna Hansen (show is the mother of Tamie Sue Hansen) whose usual place of residence and post office address are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, and Thomas G. Hansen (who is the father of Tamie Sue Hansen) whose usual place of residence and post office address are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on September 29, 2008, Ronald E. Kozlowski, Executive Director for and on behalf of Advocacy and Protective Services, Inc. ("APSI") filed an application in the above Court and cases, asking the Court to appoint APSI as guardian of the person only of Tamie Sue Hansen, an alleged incompetent, in order that she may be taken proper care of.
The persons above mentioned will take further notice that said application will be for hearing before the Probate Court in the Lucas County, Ohio, Courthouse, on the 5th day of November, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. and that they are entitled to appear and present their views as to the need for the guardianship or the suitability of the proposed guardian,
