NOTICE OF MINOR
SETTLEMENT HEARING

In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Probate Court, Case No. 2008MST0196
In the Matter of the Minor Settlement of Jordan Calapan.
Tiffany Collins fka Tiffany Calapan, who is the mother of Jordan Calapan and whose usual place of residence and post office addresses are unknown to the applicant and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Steven M. Burke, Attorney, filed an application on behalf of the minor in the above Court and cause requesting approval of a proposal for settlement of the minor's claim for personal injury.
Tiffany Collins fka Tiffany Calapan will take further notice that said application is set for a hearing before the Probate Court in Lucas County, Ohio, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio, on the 24th day of June, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. and that she is entitled to appear and present her views as to the suitability of the proposed settlement.
