NOTICE OF MINOR
SETTLEMENT HEARING

In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Probate Court, Case No. 2008MST0703
In the Matter of the Minor Settlement of Alyana Parker.
Montro E. Parker Jr., who is the father of Alyana Parker and whose usual place of residence and post office addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on March 27, 2008, Megan E. Burke, Esq. filed an application on behalf of the minor in the above Court and cause requesting approval of a proposal for settlement of the minor's claim for personal injury.
Montro E. Parker Jr. will take further notice that said application is set for a hearing before the Probate Court in Lucas County, Ohio, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio, on the 17th day of June, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. and that he is entitled to appear and present his views as to the suitability of the proposed settlement.
