Pursuant to the command of and order directing sale of property issued from the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and directed to Master Commissioner, Ralph DeNune, shall offer for sale at public auction, in the lobby of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division at 1716 Spielbusch Avenue, in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas, and State of Ohio, on Wednesday, the 9th day of July, A.D. 2008, beginning at 9:00 o'clock, A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements to wit:
Situate in the County of Lucas, State of Ohio: Lot Number One Hundred Fifty One (151) in Fort Miami Addition in the City of Maumee, Lucas County, Ohio in accordance with Volume 30 of Plats, Page 29.
The above described property is further known as 1076 Scribner Street, Maumee, Ohio. Parcel No. 36-09297
A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.
The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
Property shall be sold for no less than two-thirds of the appraised value.
