Lot number thirty-one (31) in Westwyck Estates, Plat I in the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 66 of Plats, page, 37.
The above described property is further known as 6850 Wycliff Drive, Whitehouse, Ohio. Parcel No. 98-17251
A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.
The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
Property shall be sold for no less than two-thirds of the appraised value.
