Notice Content: MASTER COMMISSIONER SALE Kevin L. Williams, Attorney The United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Case No.: 3:07-CV-1748. HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., plaintiff vs Daniel J. White, et al., defendant Pursuant to the command of and order directing sale of property issued from the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and directed to Master Commissioner, John N. Graham, shall offer for sale at public auction, in the lobby of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division at 1716 Spielbusch Avenue, in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas, and State of Ohio, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of April, A.D. 2008, beginning at 9:00 o'clock, A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements to wit: That part of the southwest quarter (1/4) of Section thirty-five (35), Town seven (7) North, Range nine (9) East, in the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio, and being part of Original Plat of Whitehouse, (now vacated),bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the northwesterly line of the right of way of Wabash Railroad and the northeasterly Line of Gilead Street, thirty three (33) feet northeasterly of the center line of said Gilead Street, the said point of intersection being distant southeasterly three hundred ninety-four and fifty-one hundredths (394.51) feet from the point of intersection of the said northeasterly line of Gilead Street and the southerly line of Weckerly Addition, as recorded in Volume 44, Pages 31 and 32, of the Lucas County Plat Records; thence Northwesterly along the said northeasterly line of Gilead Street, a distance of one hundred sixty-five and one-tenth (165.1) feet to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly, along a line that forms an angle of eighty-nine (89) degrees, fifty-five (55) minutes and thirty (30) seconds, measured from northwest to northeast, with the said northeasterly line of Gilead Street, a distance of one hundred forty-five and ninety-two hundredths (145.92) feet; thence northwesterly, along a line drawn normal to the last described line, a distance of thirty and ninety hundredths (30.90) feet; thence northeasterly along a line drawn to normal to the last described line, a distance of one hundred fifty and ten hundredths (150.10) feet; thence westerly along a line that forms an angle of twenty-three (23) degrees forty-six (46) minutes and fifteen (15) seconds, measured from southwest to west, with the last described line, a distance of two hundred two and eighty-two hundredths (202.82) feet; thence southwesterly, along a line that forms an angle of one hundred fifty-six (156) degree, eighteen (18) minutes and fifteen (15) seconds, measured from east to southwest, with the last described line, a distance of one hundred ten and twenty-five hundredths (110.25) feet to a point in the said northeasterly line of Gilead Street, which point is distance northwesterly one hundred twelve and seventy-nine hundredths (112.79) feet from the place of beginning; thence southeasterly along the said northeasterly line of Gilead Street, a distance of one hundred twelve and seventy-nine hundredths (112.79) feet to the place of beginning. The above described property is further known as 6725 Gilead Street, Whitehouse, Ohio. Parcel No. 98-03757 A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted. The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
