Kegg, Deceased To THE UNKNOWN NEXT OF KIN OF VERNOLA L. KEGG, deceased You are hereby notified that Vernola L. Kegg died on November 24, 2007, and that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on January 9, 2008, and that on that date Glenn Pegler was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate by that Court. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the will, as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not waive this notice. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be brought within three months after the Executor files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
