Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR A HEARING Darryl E. Swain ("Respondent"), whose d.o.b. is July 4 1966, and whose last known address is 514 Sumner St., Toledo, OH, is hereby notified that the Ohio Dept. of Commerce, Div. of Financial Institutions, intends to deny his loan officer license application. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapters 119 and 1322, Respondent is entitled to a hearing on this matter. If Respondent desires to request a hearing, the request must be made in writing, and must be received in the offices of the Division within thirty (30) days of this publication. A hearing request should be addressed: Division of Financial Institutions, Attn: Anthony Siciliano, 77 S. High St., 21st Fl., Columbus, OH 43215-6120. At the hearing, Respondent may appear in person, by RespondentĘs attorney, or by such other representative as is permitted to practice before the Agency, or Respondent may present its position, arguments, or contentions in writing, and, at the hearing, may present evidence and examine witnesses appearing for and against Respondent.
