Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE In re: Nathan R. Mefferd, 2017 Roanwood Dr., Toledo, OH 43613 NOTICE OF ORDER On May 1, 2007, the Superintendent of Insurance issued an order revoking Nathan R. Mefferd's ("Mefferd") license as an insurance agent in the state of Ohio. A copy of the order may be obtained from Amy Amerine, Ohio Department of Insurance, 2100 Stella Court, Columbus, Ohio 43215-1067. Pursuant to O.R.C. 119.12, Mefferd may appeal the order by filing a Notice of Appeal with the Ohio Department of Insurance, to the attention of Sharon Green, and filing a copy with the common pleas court of the county where he resides or does business on or before June 19, 2007.
