NOTICE OF ORDER
On May 1, 2007, the Superintendent of Insurance issued an order revoking Nathan R. Mefferd's ("Mefferd") license as an insurance agent in the state of Ohio. A copy of the order may be obtained from Amy Amerine, Ohio Department of Insurance, 2100 Stella Court, Columbus, Ohio 43215-1067.
Pursuant to O.R.C. 119.12, Mefferd may appeal the order by filing a Notice of Appeal with the Ohio Department of Insurance, to the attention of Sharon Green, and filing a copy with the common pleas court of the county where he resides or does business on or before June 19, 2007. A party who is not a resident of, and has no place of business in Ohio, may appeal to the court of common pleas of Franklin County, Ohio.
