To the Unknown Next of Kin, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Estate Personal Representatives and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or incompetent Heirs (and their Assigns) of Sarah A. Heidet, deceased
You are hereby notified that Sarah A. Heidet died on July 5, 2011, and that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on July 18, 2011, and that on July 7, 2011, Edward V. Clark was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate by that Court. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given, pursuant to an Order of said Court, to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not waive Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court.
Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be brought within three months after the Executor or his Attorney files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
