Deain, Deceased. You are hereby notified that Orval H. Deain died on June 17, 2008, and that the decedent's Will was admitted into probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on September 4, 2008 and the Jacalyn McMahon was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate by that Court. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This Notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the Will, as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who did not waive this notice. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be brought within three months after the Executor files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
