Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE Linde Hurst Webb, Administrator de bonis non of the Estate of Wardell T. Mitchell, deceased. In the Lucas County Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Probate Division, Estate No. 2005EST1796 In the matter of the Estate of Wardell T. Mitchell, Deceased TO: Unknown heirs, next of kin, legatees, devisees, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Wardell T. Mitchell, deceased. You are hereby notified that Wardell T. Mitchell died on March 5, 2005, and that the estate was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio and that on August 21, 2008, Linde Hurst Webb, as Administrator d.b.n. of the Estate of Wardell T. Mitchell filed a Complaint to Determine Heirship in that Court, requesting that the Court determine the persons who are entitled to inherit the estate of said decedent. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This notice is given to all person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent as the decedent died intestate, as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 2nd day of October, 2008. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
