Clark, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Probate Division, Estate No. 2008EST1038 In the Matter of the Will of Stanley Ronda, Jr., Deceased To the Unknown Next of Kin, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Estate Personal Representatives and The Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or incompetent Heirs (and their Assigns) of Stanley Ronda, Jr., deceased You are hereby notified that Stanley Ronda, Jr. died on February 4, 2008, and that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on May 5, 2008, and that on that date Paul Z. Tecpanecatl was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate by that Court. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This notice is given, pursuant to an Order of said Court, to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not waive Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court. Any action to contest the validity of said Will must be brought within three months after the Executor or his Attorney files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
