Welch, Deceased Those persons who would be entitled to inherit from Carl S. Welch, deceased, late of the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, under R.C. 2703.14 and R.C. 2703.24 of the Revised Code, particularly Carol Pudlowski, Steven E. Welch, James A. Welch, and Diane Welch, as well as any other paternal relatives of the deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 12th day of April 2006, Jane S. Randall filed an Application for Authority to Administer the Estate of Carl S. Welch, in the Probate Court of Lucas County, Ohio, and that said applicant was appointed on April 12, 2006, and that first and second partial accounts have been filed and this will serve as notice under R.C. 2109.32.
