Kowalski, Receiver for the Westhaven Group, LLC, Plaintiff vs Patrece Walton, Defendant To the Defendant Patrece Walton, whose last known address is Unknown and whose present address is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take note that the Plaintiff has filed its Complaint naming you as a Defendant in the above captioned matter. The object of the complaint is to forfeit and cancel the land contract against real estate located at 2405 Glenwood, Toledo Ohio 43620 and described as following to wit: Lot number one hundred thirty-one (131) in the Extension of Robinwood Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 7 of Plats, page 26. The Land Installment Contract is recorded as Instrument No. 20061117-0077377 in Records of Lucas County, Ohio. The prayer is to forever bar and enjoin the Defendant from asserting any right, title and interest in the above described property; restitution of said premises; cancellation of the Land Installment Contract; and for other legal and equitable relief that the Court may find appropiate.
