To THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF POLLY ANN MASON aka POLLY A. MASON, deceased
You are hereby notified that Polly Ann Mason aka Polly A. Mason died on September 24, 2007, and that the decedent's estate was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on April 22, 2008, and that on that date James V. Shindler Jr. applied to be appointed Administrator of the decedent's estate. Hearing on applicant's appointment as Administrator will be May 22, 2008. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code.
