Mason died on September 24, 2007, and that the decedent's estate was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on April 22, 2008, and that on that date James V. Shindler Jr. applied to be appointed Administrator of the decedent's estate. Hearing on applicant's appointment as Administrator will be May 22, 2008.
