Wilkins, Attorney Yuliya Spieker, whose last known place of residence was 5765 Flanders Road, Sylvania, Ohio, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Adam G. Spieker III filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2008-0328 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief.
