Harkins Jr., Anthony Hunter, and the Unknown Next of Kin, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minors and/or Incompetent Heirs of Robert Miles, deceased You are hereby notified that Robert Miles died on January 2, 2006, and that the Estate was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, and that on December 7, 2007, Donna C. Martin, Administratrix of the decedent's estate, filed the Complaint to Determine Heirship in that Court, requesting the Court to determine the persons who are entitled to inherit the estate of said decedent. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent as the decedent died intestate, as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not waive this notice.
