Lot Number six (6) in The Vineyard, a Subdivision in the City of Oregon, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 154 of Plats, page 10.
The above described property is further known as 5049 Chardonnay Lane, Oregon, Ohio. Parcel No. 44-93004
A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.
The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
Property shall be sold for no less than two-thirds of the appraised value.
