Notice Content: To the defendant, Terry Vickery, whose last known address was 1247 Lake Avenue, Aurora Ohio 44202 but whose present address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained. Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the Lucas County Common Pleas Court, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio, by filing his Complaint, Case No. CI0200603377 on the 8th day of May, 2006. The object of the Complaint is to recover damages the Plaintiff sustained as a result of an automobile accident occuring Thursday, August 18, 2005 at 11:15 P.M. at the intersection of Angola Road and Wenz Road, City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, involving Terry Vickery driving a vehicle owned by James Underwood Jr. and principally garaged by Robin Yeager when Terry Vickery operated the vehicle in an erratic, reckless, careless, negligent, and/or aggressive manner, ultimately making a left hand turn from Angola Road onto Wenz Road directly into the path of Plaintiff, Aaron T. Schutz, causing a collision with Aaron T. Schutz\'s vehicle. The relief demanded is a judgment against Defendants, Terry Vickery, The Estate of James Underwood Jr., and Robin Yeager, jointly and severally, in the amount of $350,000.00, plus costs, interest, and such other relief as justice requires. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 12th day of April, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond within 28 days of the last publication of this notice, as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
