To JEFFREY R. BROWN and THE UNKNOWN NEXT OF KIN OF Mary J. Komasinski, deceased
You are hereby notified that Mary J. Komasinski died on July 27, 2006, and that the decedent\'s Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on October 18, 2006, and that on that date Nancy Komasinski was appointed Executrix of the decedent\'s estate by that Court. The Court is located in the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the will, who do not waive this notice.
Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be brought within three months after the Executrix files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
