Stanton, et al., Defendants To: Sally Jean Stanton aka Sally J. Stanton, as Successor Trustee of the Jean E. Raab Trust dated September 16, 1994 and individually, and Trevor D. Fox, both of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on August 24, 2007, C. Craig Covrett filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Case No. 2007ADV1867. The object of which pleading is to remove Sally Jean Stanton aka Sally J. Stanton as Successor Trustee of the Jean E. Raab Trust. The above named defendants are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 18th day of December, 2007. In case of the above named defendants failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against the above named defendants demanded in the Complaint.
