A Child Protective petition has been filed in the above matter. A hearing on the petition will be conducted by the court on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. before Referee Catherine Gardner 26191 located at Courtroom 1-G, Lincoln Hall, 1025 E. Forest, Detroit, MI 48207.
It is therefore ordered that Robert Jay Nelson, or the Biological Father of Cinnamon Nelson, personally appear before the court at the time and place stated above.

A petition has been filed with the court regarding the above named child. You may appear at the above time and place and express your interest, if any, in the child. Failure to attend the hearing will constitute a denial of interest in the child, a waiver of notice to all subsequent hearings, a waiver of right to appointment of an attorney, and could result in termination of any parental rights.
