The Plaintiff demands for judgment against the Defendants and others, in an amount in excess of $6,500.00 for the Defendants alleged failure to insure and maintain the property described below and further failed to pay for any utilities after vacating said property, and to transfer legal title & possession of said property to the Plaintiff.
