To all heirs of Quitmon Lipkins, Jr., deceased including, but not limited to, Quitmon Lipkins III, Hayward Lipkins, Wanda Perkins, Denise Lipkins, Patricia Lipkins and Tracey Lipkins, whose whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained.
You are hereby notified that a hearing on a partial distribution as well as future distributions of wrongful death proceeds as it pertains to the above estate will be held on April 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Probate Court of Lucas County, Ohio, 2nd Floor, Adams & Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
