Clark, deceased, Robert R. Clark Jr., Administrator, Plaintiff vs Robert R. Clark Sr., et al., Defendants To the Defendant, Suzanne Clark, whose whereabouts and present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that Robert R. Clark Jr., Administrator of the Estate of Michael R. Clark, deceased, named her as a defendant in the above named court by filing a complaint on August 29, 2007. The object of the Complaint is to authorize Robert R. Clark Jr., Administrator, to sell the decedent's real estate, described to wit: Lot number seventy-seven (77) in Laskey Place, an addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 27 of Plats, page 5. Plaintiff prays that the Defendants come forward and present their claims and interest in said real estate or be forever barred from doing so; that the Plaintiff be authorized to sell the real estate free of any claims of all persons party to this action; and be authorized to employ a real estate broker to assist in such sale and to pay the customary commission upon the sale of said real estate.
