Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF DIVISION ORDER AND APPELLATE RIGHTS Jacqueline M. McCaskey ("Respondent") whose d.o.b. is Dec. 4, 1963, and whose last known address is 4346 Dogwood Ln., Toledo, OH, is hereby notified that the Ohio Dept. of Commerce, Div. of Financial Institutions, has issued a final order denying her loan officer license renewal application because she did not provide true and accurate information about her criminal background. Respondent is further notified, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapters 119 and 1322, that this order may be appealed by filing a notice of appeal with the Division setting forth the order appealed from and the grounds for the appeal. A copy of such notice of appeal must also be filed with the court of common pleas of the county in which Respondent's place of business is located, or the county in which Respondent resides.
