Honaker, deceased, filed a COMPLAINT FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL DECEDENT'S REAL ESTATE TO PAY DEBTS. The real estate is located at 302 Fremont, Springfield, OH 45505 and legally described as: City of Springfield, County of Clark, State of Ohio: Being a part of the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 5, Range 9, M.R.S. and being Lots Nos. 3846 and 3847 as the same are numbered and designated on C. Kellers Plat in addition to said City; said Plat is duly recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 39 of the Record of Plats of Clark County, Ohio. Each of said lots front 44 feet on Fremont Avenue (formerly South Street) and extends back 150 feet to an alley. Also so much of the Eastern one-half of a 13 foot vacated alley which is contiguous with the entire West side of said Lot 3846, said alley being vacated by the City of Springfield by Ordinance #81-26.
