Dills, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200606093 Urban Trudeau, et al., Plaintiffs vs Eman Hassan, et al., Defendants To the defendants, Eman Hassan, whose last known address was 501 Columbus Street, Toledo, Ohio 43611; Mohamed Mallah, whose last known address was 718 Buffalo, Toledo, Ohio 43608; and to John France, whose last known address was 2921 Evergreen, Toledo, Ohio 43606, but whose present residences are unknown to Plaintiff and cannot, with reasonable diligence, be ascertained, will take notice that on May 17, 2007, Plaintiff Encompass Insurance Company filed its Intervenor Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. CI0200606093, and thereby commenced a civil action against the above-named Defendant and others, for damages arising out of a personal injury accident occurring on January 17, 2002. The relief demanded is for judgment for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence presented. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 12th day of September, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
