In the Matter of: the Minor Settlement of Sharnelle Spearman. John Reed, who is the father of Sharnelle Spearman, and whose usual place of residence and post office addresses are unknown to the applicant in the above captioned matter and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on May 21, 2007 J. Mark Trimble, Esq. filed an application on behalf of the minor in the above Court and cause requesting approval of a proposal for settlement of the minor's claim for personal injury.
