Devany, et al., Plaintiff vs Theodore Disbennett, et al., Defendant To the defendant, Theodore Disbennett, whose last known address was 603 N Curtice Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616, but whose present residence is unknown to Plaintiff and cannot, with reasonable diligence, be ascertained, will take notice that on February 2, 2007, Plaintiff John A. Devany filed his Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. CI0200702248, and thereby commenced a civil action against the above-named Defendant and others, for damages arising out of a personal injury accident occurring on August 6, 2006. The relief demanded is for judgment for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence presented. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 8th day of August, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
