Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE Michael A. Gonzalez, Attorney In the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200605430 Frazier Reams, Jr., et al., Plaintiffs vs Ann Manor Associates, LLC, et al., Defendants Defendant, Ray A. Lilje, and his unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, guardians, spouse(s) and assigns of Ray A. Lilie, whose addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on August 30, 2006, Plaintiffs filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending as Case No. CI0200605430, and thereby commenced a civil action to quiet title in the following described real property: Ann Manor Condominiums, Condominium Family unit number 316, A Condominium in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, its Bylaws and Drawings filed for record in the office of the County Recorder, Lucas County, Ohio, in Deed Record 97-003-A01 and in Volume 138 of Plats pages 39, together with the undivided interest in the common elements in the said Declaration, to be appurtenant to such unit. Parcel No. 12-40247 and Parcel No. 12-40366 (exempt). The relief demanded in the Complaint is that the Defendants answer the Complaint and set forth their respective interests in the subject real property or be forever barred from asserting same and that Plaintiff's title be forever quieted against any claim, estate or interest of Defendants, and all others claiming through or under them, and for such other relief that the court deems proper. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 10th day of August, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
