Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE Walter J. Skotynsky, Attorney In the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200703971 Antoinette G. Hylton, Executrix of Estate of Florence J. Pilliod, Deceased, Plaintiff vs Clark Bateman, et al., Defendants Clark Bateman, if living, and his wife, if any, whose whereabouts are unknown and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, spouses, surviving spouses, administrators, executors, personal representatives, successors and assigns of Clark Bateman, all whose names, places of residence and post office addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will each take notice that on May 31, 2007, Antoinette G. Hylton, Executrix of Estate of Florence J. Pilliod, Deceased, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending as Case No. CI0200703971, and thereby commenced a civil action to quiet title in the following described real property: An undivided interest in that part of the North one hundred five (105) acres of the Southeast quarter (1/4) of Section Five (5), Town one (1) in the United States Reserve of twelve (12) miles square at the foot of the Rapids of the Miami of Lake Erie lying North of the right of way of the Wabash Railroad, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of the Southeast quarter (1/4) of said Section five (5) which is 767.14 feet easterly of a bolt designating the north quarter post of said Southeast quarter (1/4), and 508.03 feet westerly of the east quarter post of said section five (5); thence easterly along the north line of said Southeast quarter (1/4) a distance of 508.03 feet to the east quarter post of said Section five (5); thence south along the east line of said Southeast quarter (1/4) a distance of 716.22 feet more or less to the north right of way line of the Wabash Railroad; thence west along the north right-of-way of the Wabash Railroad a distance of 398.37 feet more or less to the approximate center of Blystone Ditch; thence northwesterly along the approximate center of Blystone Ditch a distance of 713.55 feet more or less to the place of beginning. Containing 7.40 acres of land more or less; subject to legal highways and any easements of record. Parcel No.: 38-04255. The relief demanded is that the Defendants answer the Complaint and set forth their respective interests in the subject real property or be forever barred from asserting same and that Plaintiff's title be forever quieted against any claim, estate or interest of Defendants, and all others claiming through or under them, and for such other relief that the court deems proper. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 7th day of August, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
