Valtin, Attorney In the Municipal Court of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CVG06-24381 Cypress Point, LLC, Plaintiff vs Dale McBride, Defendant To the Defendant, Dale McBride, whose last known address was 2510 Consaul Street, Lot #34, Toledo, Ohio 43605, but whose present residence is unknown to Plaintiff and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on December 1, 2006, Plaintiff Cypress Point, LLC, filed its complaint in the Municipal Court of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. CVG06-24381, and thereby commenced a civil action against the above-named Defendant of the abandoned premises known as 2510 Consaul Street, Lot #34, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio which commenced with the action of an eviction notice of December 1, 2006. The relief demanded is for judgment for return of the residential premises known as 2510 Consaul Street, Lot #34, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, and to gain legal title of the manufactured home titled to the Defendant that is located upon said premises, namely a 1995 Redman bearing serial number 11248794. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 30th day of July, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
