Pons, as Trustee Under Declaration of Trust dated March 4, 1982, and any Successor Trustee(s) under said Trust. The foregoing person, whose place of residence is unknown to Plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on May 22, 2007, Plaintiff Richard J. Bella brought an action in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200703790 naming the foregoing person as Defendant in the above named court by filing his Complaint To Quiet Title to Real Estate, the object of which is to terminate any and all interest which said Defendant has or had in the following legally described property: Lot number eighty-two (82) in Rudgate-in-the-Woods, Plat 5, a Subdivision in Sylvania Township, Lucas County, Ohio. Tax Parcel No. 78-77571. Commonly known as 5018 Rudgate Blvd., Toledo, Ohio 43623. The relief demanded is that any and all interest which the foregoing Defendant has or had in the property be terminated and that the equity of redemption of said Defendant be terminated. The Defenant named above will take further notice that said Defendant is required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 25th day of July, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
