Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR A HEARING Laurie S. Davis (\"Respondent\"), whose d.o.b. is Dec. 7, 1975, and whose last known address is 6537 Dorr St., Apt. L22, Toledo, OH, is hereby notified that the Ohio Dept. of Commerce, Div. of Financial Institutions, intends to deny her loan officer license application. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapters 119 and 1322, Respondent is entitled to a hearing on this matter. If Respondent desires to request a hearing, the request must be made in writing, and must be received in the offices of the Division within thirty (30) days of this publication. A hearing request should be addressed: Division of Financial Institutions, Attn: Carrie Moore, 77 S. High St., 21st Fl., Columbus, OH 43215-6120. At the hearing, Respondent may appear in person, by Respondent\'s attorney, or by such other representative as is permitted to practice before the Agency, or Respondent may present its position, arguments, or contentions in writing, and, at the hearing, may present evidence and examine witnesses appearing for and against Respondent.
