Notice of Hearing On
Application to Place Child
& Petition for Adoption
Notice must be served not less than 20 days before the date of hearing.
To: Jeffrey Williams, whose address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, through service by publication in Toledo Legal News.
You are hereby notified that an Application to Place Child was filed on the 12th day of December, 2006, by Jason Michael Toth and Jennifer Mary Smith Williams and a Petition for Adoption was filed on the 21st day of May, 2007 by Kenneth Ray Brown Sr and Janice Brown for the adoption of Mary Antionette Toth whose date of birth is 01/14/2006.
A hearing has been set for August 2, 2007 at 9:30 A.M.
This Court is located in the Lucas County Court House, 700 Adams Street, Suite 200, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
It is alleged in the Petition, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consent of Jeffrey Williams is not required due to the following:
You have failed without justifiable cause to communicate with the minor and/or to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding either the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner(s).
