Fournier, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200605655 Lois Marshall, Plaintiff vs J & J's East of the River Properties, LLC, et al., Defendants To the defendants, J&J's East of the River Properties, LLC and James A. Klempner, whose last known address was 1211 Varland Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43605, but whose present residence is unknown to Plaintiff and cannot, with reasonable diligence, be ascertained, will take notice that on September 12, 2006, Plaintiff Lois Marshall filed her Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. CI0200605655, and thereby commenced a civil action against the above-named Defendant and others, for damages arising out of a personal injury accident occurring on March 21, 2005. The relief demanded is for judgment for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence presented. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 10th day of July, 2007.
