Feldstein, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200702103 Larry Roat, Plaintiff vs Simon Plumaj, Ganza Plumaj and Luigi Plumaj, et al., Defendants To the defendants, Simon Plumaj, Ganza Plumaj and Luigi Plumaj, whose last known address was 6398 Turnberry Way, Washington, MI 48085-2841, but whose present mail receptacle and/or address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained. Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint with Jury Demand Endorsed Hereon, Case No. CI0200702103 on the 23rd day of February, 2007. The object of the Complaint is to recover damages the Plaintiff sustained as a result of an automobile accident occurring on Saturday, February 26, 2005, at 2:43 p.m. at the intersection of Alexis and Hagman Roads in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, involving Larry Roat and Simon Plumaj driving a vehicle owned by either Ganza Plumaj or Luigi Plumaj. Ohio Traffic Crash Report states Simon Plumaj, driving a vehicle owned by Ganza Plumaj or Luigi Plumaj failed to pay attention to operation and struck Larry Roat's vehicle. The relief demanded is a judgment against the defendants, Simon Plumaj, Ganza Plumaj and Luigi Plumaj, jointly and severely, in the amount of One Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), plus costs, interest, attorney fees, and such other relief that justice requires. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 28th day of June, 2007. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
